abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] High reflectance and poor image quality. SOLUTION: A storage capacitor wiring 3 which also functions as a light shielding film is patterned on a substrate 1. The surface of the storage capacitor wiring 3 is anodized to form a storage capacitor wiring coating film 3a for reducing the reflected light from the storage capacitor wiring 3. The source wiring 7 and the drain wiring 8 are patterned on the substrate 1. As a result, it is possible to provide a thin film element array satisfying both high aperture ratio and low reflection at the same time even when a low resistance Al-based metal is used for a part of the wiring and the light shielding film.
