titleOfInvention | Wet developer |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To obtain a wet type developer suitable for the production of transfer paper for sublimation printing. The present invention is used in the step of developing an electrostatic latent image on an image recording medium, and further forming and developing the next electrostatic latent image on the image recording medium on which an image is formed by the development. In the wet developer to be used, the charge control contained in the developer used for developing the image to be formed next is more than the content of the charge control agent contained in the wet developer used for developing the image already formed. The amount of the charge control agent in the first wet type developer is not less than 0.002% by weight and less than 0.10% by weight, and the amount of the charge control agent in the second wet type developer is not small. The charge control agent amount is greater than 0.004 wt% and less than 0.12 wt%, the charge control agent amount during the third wet development is greater than 0.01 wt%, The wet developer is less than 0.28% by weight. [Effect] A high gradation image having excellent color reproducibility can be obtained. |
