abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method capable of continuously mass-producing an organopolysiloxane emulsion having a low driving force and excellent homogeneity and storage stability without applying pressure. [Structure] A method for continuously producing an organopolysiloxane emulsion comprising the following steps (I) and (II). (I) Turbine type having a turbine-type rotor and stator having blades obliquely inclined with respect to the radial direction when viewed in the axial direction, and a turbine-type having blades spirally curved in the axial direction (A) Liquid or raw rubber-like organopolysiloxane, (b) emulsifier and (c) water are continuously supplied to a mixing device having a second-stage shearing stirring mechanism composed of a rotor and a stator, and organopolysiloxane A step of discharging as an organopolysiloxane emulsion in water having a content of 10 to 99% by weight. (II) A step of introducing the emulsion obtained in the step (I) and water for dilution into a mixing apparatus similar to the above step (I) and mixing them. |
