abstract | (57) Abstract: Under mild conditions, a compound having an amino group and a hydroxyl group in the same molecule is used as a raw material, and the amino group is left as it is, and a thiazole acetic acid derivative in which only the hydroxyl group is selectively protected is highly purified. Obtained in yield. A compound having an amino group and a hydroxyl group, such as ethyl 2- (2-amino-4-thiazolyl) -2-hydroxyiminoacetate, is treated with a halogenated aralkyl or a halogenated aralkyl in the presence of a strong base such as potassium t-butoxide. React with acid halide, for example triphenylmethyl chloride. |
