titleOfInvention | Process for producing thiazoleacetic acid derivative containing protected hydroxyl group |
abstract | (57) Abstract: Under mild conditions, a compound having an amino group and a hydroxyl group in the same molecule is used as a raw material, and the amino group is left as it is, and a thiazole acetic acid derivative in which only the hydroxyl group is selectively protected is highly purified. Obtained in yield. SOLUTION: A compound represented by a specific general formula having an amino group and a hydroxyl group, for example, ethyl 2- (2-amino-4-thiazolyl) -2-hydroxyiminoacetate and an aralkyl halide or an acid halide, for example, trichloride chloride. Mix with phenylmethyl and further mix with strong base. |
