titleOfInvention Solid oxide fuel cell
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a highly reliable solid oxide fuel cell having a structure that is resistant to thermal stress and has excellent mechanical strength. [Structure] In a flat plate support membrane type or cylindrical solid electrolyte fuel cell, a cell base 36A is made into a green compact by adding a binder to a powder of a heat-resistant alloy metal material, and a sintering aid is added thereto. Then, a metal powder sintered body is obtained by firing in a vacuum atmosphere or a reduced pressure inert atmosphere. For the powder of the heat-resistant alloy metal material, Fe-Cr-Al heat-resistant alloy with a particle size of 20 μm to 100 μm, Stearic acid or selander is used as the binder. The vacuum atmosphere is 0.1 Torr or less, and the reduced pressure inert atmosphere is It is a nitrogen atmosphere or an argon atmosphere, and is 0.2 Torr to 0.5 Torr.
