titleOfInvention Simple diagnostic reagent for anti-morbillivirus virus antibody
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: With a single diagnostic reagent, any viral infection belonging to the genus Morbillivirus of the family Paramyxoviridae can be performed by a simple operation in a short time, accurately and independently A simple diagnostic reagent that can be detected. SOLUTION: A membrane on which a nuclear protein (NP), which is one of the constituent proteins of a virus belonging to the genus Morbillivirus of the family Paramyxoviridae, is immobilized as an antigen, an absorbent, and a hole for dropping a sample and each reagent are provided. A reaction container having a hole formed therein, and fine particles having a protein that binds to an animal immunoglobulin immobilized thereon, and a membrane and an absorbent having the nuclear protein (NP) immobilized thereon are housed in the reaction container. A simple diagnostic reagent capable of diagnosing an infectious disease of a virus belonging to the genus Morbillivirus of the family Paramyxoviridae, simply, accurately and in a short time.
