titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyurethane urea elastic fiber |
abstract | (57) Abstract: In producing a polyurethane urea elastic yarn, an optimum temperature range for discharging a dope is found, and high strength and high elastic modulus are expressed. A polyurethaneurea polymer solution obtained by reacting a polymer diol having hydroxyl groups at both ends with an excess molar amount of an organic diisocyanate compound to synthesize a prepolymer and then reacting the prepolymer with a diamine compound is used. In the spinning, the method for producing a polyurethane-urea elastic fiber, which comprises spinning the polymer solution in a temperature range of 90 ° C. or higher and 130 ° C. or lower. [Effect] The polyurethane urea elastic yarn thus obtained exhibits high strength and high elastic modulus. |
