abstract (57) [Summary] The present invention provides (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a dimer acid-modified epoxy resin as a flexibility imparting agent, (C) a flame retardant (a) dibromocresyl glycidyl ether, and ( b) antimony trioxide, (D) inorganic filler, (E) An epoxy resin composition for casting, which comprises (a) methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride as a curing agent, (b) a reactive polybutadiene acrylonitrile rubber, and (F) a curing accelerator as essential components. EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, under the conditions of severe heat cycle test and humidity resistance test, it has excellent adhesion to a ceramic substrate and electrical characteristics, and has good flexibility, crack resistance and workability. It is suitable for insulation treatment of high voltage coils.
