abstract (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Problem] To provide a phosphoric acid ester compound useful as a flame retardant imparting agent for a resin. SOLUTION: The novel phosphoric acid ester of the general formula 1; a flame retardant imparting agent containing the compound as an essential component; and the flame retardant imparting agent and a polystyrene resin, an ABS resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polyphenylene ether resin, or a resin thereof. A flame-retardant resin composition comprising a blended resin. [R1 is a C1-6 alkylene group which may contain an ether bond; one or more of X1 to X4 is the general formula 2 (Substituted) styrenated phenol residue (R2 is C1 to 6 unsubstituted alkyl groups, halogen-substituted alkyl groups, halogen or hydrogen, which may be the same or different; 2) and other X1 to X4 are represented by the general formula 3 (Substituted) phenyl group (R3 is a C1-6 unsubstituted alkyl group, a halogen-substituted alkyl group, halogen or hydrogen, which may be the same or different)
