abstract (57) [Abstract] (Correction) [Problem] To form a printed matter by heat-sensitive transfer on a smooth surface such as a film without processing, and heat resistance and scratch resistance of the thermally transferred printed matter. An object of the present invention is to provide a thermal transfer sheet having high quality. SOLUTION: Basically, a heat-resistant substrate film is laminated with a release layer, a thermal transfer protection layer, and a heat-melt transferable ink layer, so that the above-mentioned thermal transfer can be performed on a printed matter on which a barcode or the like is formed. The protective layer is heat-peeled at the same time from the base film and laminated.
