(57) [Summary]nThe present invention is a composition and method for sanitizing wear products without soiling or spot-like stains. The most preferred form of the method comprises the steps of washing the ware product with an automatic ware product washer and rinsing the ware product at either high or low temperatures with a sanitizing rinse composition. The concentrated composition which is decolorized and sanitized preferably comprises peracetic acid, acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. The sanitized rinse composition can be used, preferably at a concentration in the range of 600 ppm to 4000 ppm. |
