Method for binding recognition substance to liposome |
abstract |
(57) [Summary]nRecognizers (including epidermal growth factor, gelatin, collagen and hyaluronic acid) are covalently bound to the liposome surface and used to attach liposomes to cells or to extracellular matrix (ECM) target sites Was done. These "bioadhesive" liposomes have been shown to provide mutual protection of both the drug and the biological milieu, increased bioavailability of the drug and retention at the target site, and improved delivery to the indicated target site. Several advantages are proposed, including gluing. |
