(57) [Summary]nUse of xanthine derivatives for reducing pathologic hyperreactivity of eosinophil granulocytes, novel xanthine compounds and processes for their preparation. Tertiary 1- (hydroxyalkyl) -3-alkylxanthines are suitable for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of diseases associated with the pathologically increased reactivity of granulocytes of eosinophils. Disclosed are novel xanthine derivatives and methods of making these compounds. |
