titleOfInvention Skin drug delivery system with ionic polymer network
abstract (57) [Summary] We developed an ionic polymer gel with a maximized ionic concentration using the concept of Interpenetrating Networks (IPNs), and ionized the drug under a specific pH condition to form an ionic bond. The skin drug delivery system filled in the ionic polymer gel is the most important part of the system. The increase in the ionic groups in the ionic polymer gel maximizes the drug loading, thus increasing the drug loading rate. A modified form of skin in which the drug release rate is fairly easy to control and the drug release rate is controlled by the self-diffusion of the drug in the matrix and the formation and dissociation of the ionic bond between the ionic group and the drug in the ionic polymer gel matrix. Provide a drug delivery system.
