titleOfInvention Low melting temperature lipid-containing feed and method for producing the same, especially for aquatic organisms
abstract (57) [Summary]nA feed containing lipids having a low melting point, in particular for aquatic organisms, wherein said lipid is retained within a crystal structure formed by other lipids, emulsifiers or mixtures of lipids and emulsifiers. In the method for producing the feed, first, an additive component that interacts with the lipid is mixed with the lipid, and a mixture that is at least partially crystallized at the highest temperature for using and storing the feed is prepared. How to form. The mixture is added to the porous pellets at elevated temperature and subsequent cooling brings the mixture into a crystalline state.
