Preparing a fine dispersion of droplets or particles formed by: (2) preparing a phase containing a film-forming polymer dissolved in a solvent that is miscible in any way with the preceding dispersion. (3) Continuous mixing of both phases while maintaining a constant proportion of both phases and volume of mixture, resulting in an evaporation system with temperature and reduced pressure conditions to instantly evaporate the solvent from the polymer. Spraying the mixture and precipitating the polymer around the particles or droplets. Application to pharmacy, medicine, cosmetics, veterinary medicine, chemical industry, agriculture, etc.
