A DNA sequence encoding a plant debranching enzyme in Escherichia coli and a synthesis of a protein with enzymatic activity of a demolecularizing enzyme that increases the degree of branching of amylopectin starch in the transgenic plant formed in the transgenic plant. A DNA sequence encoding a plant debranching enzyme on its coding generation strand such that the transcript interferes, and a plasmid which can be introduced into plant cells and plants, on which the DNA sequence is located. Describe what will be localized. Also described are genetically engineered modified plants of which the amylopectin starch has been modified, and the production of modified starch obtained from these plants. |
