abstract | (57) [Summary]nDisclosed are methods, test kits, and devices for reacting an analyte in a test sample with a labeled binding agent that specifically binds to the analyte to form a complex and to detect the analyte in an approximate substance. The complex and labeled binding agent are isolated in a separation medium and identified by different migration rates. Independent of the labeled binder and complex, a migrating second labeled marker, preferably at or near the solvent front, provides a quality control check for the assay. |
