abstract (57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a method for producing a toxin-binding non-toxic modified biopolymer. The present invention relates to the use of these biopolymers for the treatment of septic shock, infectious diseases and addiction conditions, and the addition of biologically or therapeutically important substances (enzymes or drugs) to Fc receptors and complement receptors. As well as their use as carriers for delivery into or into phagocytes and as a natural energy source for cells. According to the invention, the toxin-binding, non-toxic, structurally modified biopolymer is catalyzed by the glycogen phosphorylase enzyme in a buffer solution at pH 6.8-7.4 at a temperature of 20-30 ° C. , Α-1,4 or 1,6 bond-containing polysaccharides and glucose-1-phosphate, and separation of the resulting biopolymer by well-known methods.
