titleOfInvention | Pneumatic radial tires |
abstract | (57) [PROBLEMS] To improve an air permeation preventive layer of a pneumatic radial tire to have excellent air permeation resistance and to improve cornering power and durability. SOLUTION: (A) Polyamide short fibers having an average diameter of less than 1 μm and an average fiber length of 100 to 2000 μm and natural rubber and / or polyisoprene rubber are dispersed in a continuous phase of polyolefin, and these are chemically bonded to each other. And a (B) isoprene-isobutylene rubber and / or a halide thereof, and (C) a diene rubber are blended, and (i) the amount of the polyamide short fibers is all rubber. 0.5 to 8 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the component, and (ii) a thin film of a rubber composition in which the amount of the polyolefin is 0.5 to 8 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total rubber component, to prevent air permeation. Layered pneumatic radial tire. |
