titleOfInvention | Novel DNA and DNA selection method |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A novel method for selecting DNA and DNA is provided. SOLUTION: Human DNA is incorporated under the control of an inducible promoter and introduced into a eukaryotic cell host, the host cell does not grow under the inducing condition of the promoter, and the host cell does not grow under the non-inducing condition of the promoter. DNA in which cells grow A method for selecting a DNA encoding a human cell growth inhibitory factor has been established. In addition, a novel DNA that can be selected by this selection method, a vector containing it, and a transformant transformed with the vector were prepared. [Effect] By the selection method of the present invention, the DNA encoding the human cell growth inhibitory factor can be easily selected and obtained. The DNA of the present invention is also useful as a probe in aging research, or as a reagent in diagnosing various diseases associated with aging. |
