abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Biofilm thickness model method and device for evaluation of permeability of biocidal agents. [Structure] a. Introduce slime into a solid agar with smooth surface concave holes of different depths and leave it for a certain period of time. Forming biofilms of different thicknesses; b. Biological disinfectants having different concentrations are prepared, a certain amount is taken and added to a Petri dish containing a biological film having a different thickness formed by the procedure a, and then static culture is performed at room temperature for a certain period of time to allow it to act. c. Inoculate the biocidal solution immersed in the biofilms of different thickness in the Petri dish, and take the residual solution after the action to perform the residual activity analysis. Comparison; d. Rinse the Petri dish several times with sterile water, Test in different thicknesses of biofilm to determine if the cells can still grow and to assess permeability to certain test cells under a certain concentration of biocide.
