abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a chromate-treated zinc-based plated steel sheet excellent in lubricity and corrosion resistance, and a method for producing the same. [Constitution] The chromate film has (a) 5 to 200 mg / m 2 of Cr oxide and Cr per one side of the steel sheet in terms of metallic Cr. One or more selected from hydroxides and hydrates thereof, (b) 1-1 per one side of steel plate in terms of metallic Co 000 mg / m 2 of metal Co, one or more kinds of Co compounds, (c) 0.1 to 1000 mg per one side of steel plate Chromate-treated zinc-based plated steel sheet excellent in lubricity and corrosion resistance, which is composed of an organic resin of 1 / m 2 and has no metal Cr in the chromate film. As the organic resin, it is preferable to use an acrylic resin obtained by using acrylic acid ester and methacrylic acid ester as essential monomers.
