titleOfInvention | Monoclonal antibody |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a specific monoclonal antibody against a D-dimer in a rat thrombotic degradation product and an enzyme immunoassay using the antibody. [Structure] A molecular weight of 74 kg, which is produced by fused cells of mammalian cells and myeloma cells immunized with the γ-γ chain separated from rat D-dimer and strongly recognizes rat D-dimer than rat fibrinogen. Dalton's monoclonal antibody and enzyme immunoassay using it as an antibody. [Effect] Since the monoclonal antibody of the present invention can recognize rat D-dimer more strongly than rat fibrinogen, it is possible to measure D-dimer in rat blood by the enzyme immunoassay using this, and the rat is used as an experimental animal. It is very useful for the development and research of thrombolytic agents. Moreover, this monoclonal antibody can be mass-produced by culturing the fused cells. |
