titleOfInvention | Laminated film with silica coating |
abstract | (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be electrically conductive, have a high barrier property against liquids and gases, can sufficiently withstand physical impact and chemical erosion, and, if necessary, various physicochemical properties. Provided is a laminated film to which a function can be easily added. SOLUTION: A vapor deposition film containing a low order oxide of silicon as a main component is provided on both surfaces of a plastic film, and a conductive film is formed on at least one of the vapor deposition films. And On top of the conductive film, an oxide thin film containing silicon dioxide as a main component is formed by heat treatment of a gel solution obtained by hydrolyzing a mixed solution of silicon alkoxide and a metal complex in the presence of a solid superacid. Laminate. |
