titleOfInvention Uranium oxide recovery method
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: No new radioactive waste liquid or waste solvent is generated, the treatment process can be simplified, uranium oxide can be deposited on the cathode surface at low temperature, and the corrosion of the recovery device is extremely reduced. Can be reduced. SOLUTION: A nitrate containing a uranium nitrate is heated to prepare a molten salt 13, and a pair of electrodes to be an anode 17 and a cathode 18 are arranged in the molten salt to perform electrolysis of the molten salt to form a cathode 1. Uranium oxide 24 is deposited on the surface of 8. Examples of the nitrate containing uranium nitrate include a mixture of one or more nitrates selected from sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate and a nitrate of uranium.
