abstract (57) Abstract: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent physical properties such as weather resistance and impact resistance at low cost in a short time without using a polar solvent. Also provided is a method capable of producing a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in physical properties such as weather resistance and impact resistance in a short time and at low cost without using a polar solvent. SOLUTION: (A) 10 to 90 parts by weight of a modified copolymer composed of an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer modified with 0.1 to 30% by weight of a functional monomer, (B) 0.1 to 10% by weight of a monomer containing a reactive group 1 to 50 parts by weight of a modified copolymer comprising an ethylene-propylene copolymer modified by (1), (C) 0 to 50 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer, and (D) an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide It is a thermoplastic resin composition containing 0 to 40 parts by weight of a compound copolymer. Moreover, the mixture containing the above (A) to (D) is melt-kneaded at a temperature of 170 to 250 ° C. to be produced.
