titleOfInvention | Alkali developable resin composition excellent in flexibility and image forming material using the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Corrected) [PROBLEMS] To provide an alkali developable resin composition having high sensitivity and excellent flexibility. Further, by using this resin composition, an image forming material suitable for applications such as a color filter is provided. SOLUTION: An adduct of diglycidyl ether and (meth) acrylic acid and an acid anhydride are mixed in an amount of 0.3 ≦ X ≦ 0.9. (However, the charge ratio X = {the number of moles of acid anhydride groups in the charge acid anhydride} / {the number of moles of hydroxyl groups in the charge adduct}) is reacted, and then the resulting acid-modified unsaturated resin and diisocyanate are obtained. 0.05 ≦ Y <1 (however, the charging ratio Y = [{mol number of isocyanate group of diisocyanate compound charged} / {mol number of hydroxyl group of charged adduct}]] × {1 / (1-X) }) Alkali-developing resin composition obtained by reacting at a charging ratio of. Also, A color filter material and an insulating material obtained by using the alkali developable resin composition. |
