titleOfInvention | Flame-retardant photosensitive resin composition and method for forming heat-resistant protective film |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] (Correction) [Problem] Flame-retardant photosensitivity suitable for a protective film excellent in solder heat resistance, flexibility, and flame retardancy, particularly for cover lays and solder resists for flexible printed wiring boards. A resin composition is provided. SOLUTION: (A) Epoxy equivalent of 2,000 to 3,0 00, a copolycarbonate having a repeating unit (a) consisting of a pentamethylene carbonate unit and a repeating unit (b) consisting of a hexamethylene carbonate unit, and a brominated bisphenol A type epoxy resin (B) having a bromine content of 50 to 60% by weight; A resin composition comprising a reaction product of isophorone diisocyanate and hydroxyethyl (meth) acrylate (C), a photopolymerization initiator (D) that generates a free radical by active light, and antimony trioxide. A resin composition obtained by further mixing (C) a photopolymerizable compound represented by the following structural formula (I) with the above composition. (In the formula, m and n are integers such that the sum of m and n is 10.) |
