abstract |
(57) Abstract: Alkali-soluble poly-o-hydroxyamides capable of synthesizing these polymers from dicarboxylic acids and bis-o-aminophenols without additionally producing active dicarboxylic acid derivatives are disclosed. A simple and cost-effective method of manufacturing is provided. SOLUTION: The reaction mixture obtained is heated to a temperature ≥80 ° C in a suitable solvent together with the dicarboxylic acid and the tertiary amine, and the reaction mixture obtained is reacted at a temperature <80 ° C with a solution of bis-o-aminophenol. |
