titleOfInvention | Cigarette filter cigarette paper and cigarette filter using the same |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To obtain a cigarette filter wrapping paper which can be easily detached from a filter material by the action of water in a natural environment. SOLUTION: A cigarette filter wrapping paper has a papermaking structure containing at least 30 to 90% by weight of a fiber or a granular material whose surface is composed of cellulose ester. As the fibers composed of the cellulose ester, there may be used cellulose ester short fibers, fibrillated cellulose ester fibers, esterification-treated cellulose fibers, cellulose ester-coated fibers and the like. The cigarette filter wrapping paper may further contain beaten pulp. The ratio of the fiber or granular material composed of the cellulose ester and the beaten pulp is, for example, the former / the latter (weight ratio) = 85/15 to 35/65. By winding the filter material with the above cigarette filter wrapping paper and forming it into a rod shape, a tobacco filter having excellent disintegration property in a natural environment can be obtained. |
