abstract | (57) Abstract: A polyester fiber having good mechanical properties is obtained by suppressing a decrease in melt viscosity during melt spinning, suppressing foreign matter from adhering to a spinneret surface, and improving process stability. SOLUTION: A polyester having 30 equivalents / 10 6 g or less of terminal OH groups polymerized with an Sb-based catalyst is added to Melt spinning is performed by adding 1.0 wt% of a trivalent phosphorus compound. The terminal OH group concentration of polyester is 30 equivalent / 10 6. When it exceeds g, a terminal OH group blocking agent is added to make the terminal OH group concentration of the polyester during melt spinning 30 equivalent / The amount is 10 6 g or less. |
