titleOfInvention | Method for producing sulfonic acid group-containing inorganic powder |
abstract | (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Especially on the surface of an inorganic powder produced by a dry method, A sulfonic acid group is introduced only by a dry process to produce a sulfonic acid group-containing inorganic powder having a metal ion adsorbing ability and an ion exchanging ability. SOLUTION: The inorganic powder is surface-treated with a hydrolyzable silane compound containing a thiol group or a sulfide group or silicone oil, and then the powder is treated with an ozone-containing gas, or the powder is irradiated with ultraviolet rays in an oxygen-containing gas. Then, the thiol group or sulfide group is oxidized to a sulfonic acid group. |
