(57) Abstract: To provide a recording material for inkjet, which is excellent in water resistance and blocking resistance. Particularly, a recording material having gloss and a recording material having high transparency are provided. An ink absorbing layer contains gelatin cross-linked with at least one selected from the compounds represented by the following general formula 1. Embedded image (In the general formula, X represents a divalent residue having a carbonyl group or a sulfonyl group bonded to an N atom. R 1 , R 2 , R 4 and R 5 represent monovalent residues. R 3 and R 6 Represents a divalent residue, and p and q represent an integer of 0 or 1. Ar + represents a heteroaromatic group having a quaternized nitrogen atom, and n represents an integer of 1 or more and 3 or less. Y n- represents an n-valent anion. ) Further, the ink absorbing layer contains gelatin grafted with a hydrophilic monomer. Ink absorption layer has a refractive index of 1.7 It contains the following organic polymer particles or inorganic pigment particles. The coating liquid is dried without gelation to form an ink absorbing layer. |
