(57) Abstract: To secure sufficient contact between a photocatalyst and a fluid to be treated and to irradiate the photocatalyst effectively and stably. SOLUTION: A movable body 3, a photocatalyst 4 attached to a predetermined position of the movable body 3, a drive source 1 for operating the movable body 3 to come into contact with a fluid to be treated, and irradiation of light on the photocatalyst 4. The light source 5 irradiates the photocatalyst 4 with light in a part of the moving path of the movable body 3. |
