(57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent adhesion to a substrate and excellent antifouling property by combining a site easily reacting or condensing in the presence of water with a site having water repellency, oil repellency and the like. To provide a novel siloxane compound having water-repellent property and water repellency and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: (1) A siloxane compound represented by the following general formula (A). (2) The method for producing a siloxane compound according to claim 1, wherein the siloxane compound having a hydrosilyl group at both ends is reacted with alkenylsilane and alkenylsiloxane in the presence of a noble metal catalyst. (3) The method for producing a siloxane compound according to claim 1, wherein the siloxane compound having alkenyl groups at both ends is reacted with hydridosiloxane and hydridosilane in the presence of a noble metal catalyst.
