(A) reducing agent, (B) (b-1) dimethyldiallylammonium chloride or diethyldiallylammonium chloride 6 A copolymer composed of 0 to 99% by weight and (b-2) 1 to 40% by weight of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, (C) an oxidizing agent, (D) (d-1) 30-60 wt% of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride or diethyldiallylammonium chloride, (d-2) acrylic acid or methacrylic acid 20-50 A copolymer consisting of 10% by weight and 10 to 40% by weight of (d-3) acrylamide or methacrylamide. [Effect] It gives a continuous conditioning effect to the hair, does not cause stiffening or snagging, and gives a supple finish.
