abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: In the steel sheet for cans, the surface color tone was conventionally controlled by the arithmetic average roughness (Ra), but the steel sheet surface color tone is calculated by the arithmetic average. It had little correlation with the roughness, and it was difficult to control the color tone by the arithmetic mean roughness. SOLUTION: The maximum height measured by a surface roughness meter is 5μ. 5 μm or more on at least 60% or more of the waviness-formed surfaces with an average pitch of 40 μm or more. It is characterized in that minute irregularities having a pitch of m or less are formed and the flat area ratio of the surface is 50% or more.
