abstract | (57) Abstract: A culture support capable of easily and efficiently obtaining hematopoietic stem cells or specific blood cells differentiated from hematopoietic stem cells, A method for producing blood cells using the support and a raw material composition for producing blood cells are provided. A blood cell culture support for use in culturing a cell population containing hematopoietic stem cells, characterized in that at least the surface thereof is composed of a calcium phosphate compound. A cell population containing hematopoietic stem cells is cultured in a liquid medium for cell culture using a culture support having at least a surface made of a calcium phosphate-based compound, and then hematopoietic stem cells or specific blood cells differentiated from hematopoietic stem cells are obtained from the liquid medium. A method for producing blood cells, which is characterized in that A raw material composition for producing blood cells, comprising a culture support having at least a surface made of a calcium phosphate compound, a liquid medium for cell culture, and hematopoietic stem cells. |
