abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To disinfect seeds with oxidizing water so as to prevent accumulation of chlorine and the like in soil and protect the environment from the damage of microorganisms while protecting the environment. SOLUTION: Oxidized water is produced by supplying water containing hydrogen carbonate to an anode chamber of a water electrolysis apparatus to electrolyze, and seeds are disinfected using this oxidized water.
