titleOfInvention | Processing method of photosensitive lithographic printing plate |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for processing a photosensitive lithographic printing plate described below. Excellent in stain resistance of the blanket and stain resistance when the plate is reused. Stable development process. Only the desired image area can be erased without giving fringe stains to the non-image area and without adversely affecting adjacent image areas. The non-image area of the lithographic printing plate is not deteriorated in desensitizing power, and even if it is stored for a long period of time after application of the gum solution, defective inking of the image area does not occur. A photosensitive lithographic printing plate provided with a photosensitive layer on a surface-roughened and anodized aluminum plate having a surface reflectance of 30 to 45% has a problem of: [SiO 2 ] / [M] ([S iO 2 ]: SiO 2 molar concentration, [M]: alkali metal molar concentration) of 0.25 to 0.75, and SiO 2 concentration of 1 to 4% by weight. : Processing method using the above developer as a development replenisher; The plate surface of the lithographic printing plate obtained by the treatment is corrected with a correction agent containing no xylene; Problem: After development, the surface tension is 10 to 50. It is treated with a post treatment solution of dyn / cm. |
