abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To reliably inject concrete improvement liquid to deep layers. An inner pipe (11), an outer pipe (12) having a female screw portion (25) screwed with a male screw portion (20) of the inner pipe and superposed on the outer side of the inner pipe, and a discharge port (15) of the inner pipe. Step 2 formed in front 6 and an outer peripheral concave portion 27 formed between the tip of the outer pipe and the synthetic rubber tubular seal member 13 to form the injection pipe 5, and the inner pipe and the outer pipe are screwed together. The outer diameter of the seal member can be changed by expanding and contracting, the pump 7 is connected to the inlet of the inner pipe via the hose 8, and the concrete improvement liquid which is pumped from the pump is injected from the discharge port of the injection pipe.
