titleOfInvention Method of binding antibacterial agent particles, structure having antibacterial agent, member, and method of manufacturing the same
abstract (57) Abstract: As a method of providing an antibacterial agent on the surface of a product, conventionally, a paint in which antibacterial agent particles are dispersed is applied to the surface of the product. However, the inorganic antibacterial agent has a large specific gravity, and it is easy for the paint to settle due to the action of gravity before being dried and solidified to be buried in the paint, so that there is a problem that the antibacterial effect is poor. SOLUTION: Reference numeral 10 indicates an acrylic resin plate. A urethane resin coating film 11 is formed on the surface of the acrylic resin plate 10. On the surface of the coating film 11, a layer 12 of a coating film auxiliary element is formed by applying a mixture of antibacterial agent particles 14 in a thinner 13 for urethane resin. The coating aid element layer 12 dissolves the surface of the underlying coating film 11. Then, the thinner 13 evaporates and diffuses, and the antibacterial agent particles 14 are implanted on the coating film 11 as shown in (b).
