abstract | (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a hygroscopic and moisturizing pigment capable of providing a cosmetic having a fresh and fresh skin feeling and a feeling of use without using collagen and having excellent hygroscopic and moisturizing properties, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The surface of the pigment is coated with soybean protein extracted and separated from soybean. In order to produce this hygroscopic and moisturizing pigment, soybean protein is dissolved in an alkaline aqueous solution having a high pH and stirred, and pigment powder is added and dispersed during the stirring, and then a predetermined low pH is obtained during the stirring. The soybean protein is deposited on the surface of the pigment powder by gradually dropping a dilute hydrochloric acid solution until it becomes, then dried by filtration, washed with water, and then pulverized. |
