SOLUTION: An olefin resin such as polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, ethylene-acrylic copolymer resin or the like is added to a specific metal different from hydrotalcites and the like which have been conventionally used for this kind of film. A specific amount of compound is added.
