abstract | (57) Abstract: A resin Western-style column in which a core material is embedded in a hard foamed urethane layer, and an outer surface member having a metal film surface coated with a resin is arranged on the outer surface of the urethane layer. It eliminates peeling due to curling, water seepage, steps in the endless joint structure, leakage of rigid urethane foam, and external defects due to the installation of electrical wiring cords on Western-style column surfaces. SOLUTION: This is a resin Western-style column in which a core material 2 is embedded in a hard urethane foam layer 3, and an outer surface member having a surface of a metal film 5 coated with a resin 4 is arranged on the outer surface of the urethane layer 3. 7 is a hollow pipe 13 in which the respective locking portions 10 and 11 obtained by bending at least both ends of the outer surface member are provided. The end portion 12 of the longer engaging portion 11 obtained by bending as the endless joint structure is bonded to the outer surface member 7. |
