titleOfInvention Dual wavelength resonator and laser light generator
abstract (57) An object of the present invention is to provide a two-wavelength resonator and a laser light generator in which the reflectance of an input coupling mirror is optimized and the efficiency of nonlinear conversion is improved. [Dissolving means] First incident from the first laser light source 1 Of the laser light having the wavelength λ 1 and the laser light having the second wavelength λ 2 which is incident from the second laser light source 2 are equal to or less than the reflectances capable of impedance matching with respect to the respective input lights of the wavelengths λ 1 and λ 2. It is input to the two-wavelength resonator 5 including the input coupling mirror M1 having the reflectance of. The two-wavelength resonator 5 has a non-linear optical crystal element 50 arranged therein, and continuously resonates two types of input laser lights having different wavelengths while continuously providing a third wavelength λ 3 having a sum frequency or a difference frequency. Wave laser light is generated.
