abstract | (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a color filter having excellent heat resistance in which a highly precise multicolor fine pattern having a uniform thickness is formed on a substrate with good followability and workability of a photosensitive film. I will provide a. SOLUTION: (1) A photosensitive film comprising a base film and a colored photosensitive resin layer is provided on a transparent substrate. Manufacture of a color filter for forming a multicolor pattern by repeating a step of laminating a colored photosensitive resin layer so as to face the substrate, (2) exposing in a pattern, and (3) a developing step A step of forming a space between the pixels so that the second and subsequent colored photosensitive resin layers face the substrate, A multicolor pattern is formed by performing a transfer process in which the second and subsequent colored photosensitive resin layers are transferred from the base film to the space between pixels by heating to form a pixel width of 5 pixels. A method for manufacturing a color filter, characterized in that the repetition cycle of pixels of the same color is 150 μm or less. |
