abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-inflammatory agent excellent in anti-inflammatory effect and having few side effects, and to provide a blood bag and a device for treating inflammatory disease using the anti-inflammatory agent. A polymeric material having an amino group that induces an anti-inflammatory effect in blood by contact with blood (however, Chitosan and chitosan derivatives are excluded). A blood bag 1 for treating an inflammatory disease, wherein a carrier 4 made of the above-mentioned anti-inflammatory agent is accommodated in a bag-shaped container 2 provided with an inflow portion 3 for blood or blood components.
